Here’s the run down!
We’ve popped our most frequently asked questions here
We do our best to make sure all the relevant info is on our site but if you’re still left wondering what the heck betty education is all about, or have any other burning questions, just pop us an email at hello@bettyeducation.com
Currently these are available as part of our CORE membership – so if you’re not a member yet you can sign up here. When you’re ready for your packs please drop us an email at hello@bettyeducation.com entitled Pupil Pack request. In this email you need to tell us: the day of your lesson, how many students and the breakdown between female and male, address and contact name at the school.
Please ensure you’re allowing for 7 working days to get the packs to you. We’ll try to ensure they arrive sooner but this is minimum time we need to get them shipped to you.
Simply email hello@bettyeducation.com and our team will get back in touch to answer all your betty bus queries. Alternatively, you may find the answer to your question here.
You don’t have to, but it does help to re-register under your new school so we get a good idea about which schools are currently using betty education in their period lessons. Plus it will help us if you request sample packs.
Oops we may need to update them – help us out and let us know by emailing hello@bettyeducation.com.
Try playing the interactives in an incognito browser (Ctrl+Shift+N). If not, you could try a different browser. If you’re still having trouble, take a screenshot, let us know your device/browser and email us at hello@bettyeducation.com so we can investigate! Please bear in mind, our interactive lessons are not supported on tablet or mobile at present.
If you can’t download the resources (parent/carer letter, teacher delivery notes or student follow-up booklet), check to see if you have an active pop-up blocker. If you still can’t download a resource, take a screenshot, let us know your browser and email hello@bettyeducation.com and we’ll investigate!
First of all, check you have entered your details into all the mandatory fields (indicated by asterisk*) If it says your email address is already in use, try and reset your password here. If it is still not working, take a screenshot and let us know what browser you’re using and email hello@bettyeducation.com and we’ll investigate!
If you can’t log in, don’t worry. You can always reset your password. If your email address is recognised in the database you will receive a reset password email. Simply click the link on the email and enter a new password. If you don’t receive an email, you probably haven’t registered. You can register here.

The betty for schools programme has been created by betty education, together with education experts and young people, to create a generation of girls and boys who are truly at ease talking about periods. It encourages open, respectful and honest conversation about periods and the way it affects girls.
Our current free resources are split into two age groups – ages 8-11 and 11-12. All resources have been created for both boys and girls. New resources are being added all the time you can find out more by signing up to our newsletter here.
betty education s an exciting programme which wants to create a generation of boys and girls who are comfortable talking about puberty. Our current digital resources are film-led and period focussed with a mix of animations, quizzes and interactive activities.
